Inspiration

The effectiveness of training can be significantly increased if the learner is (a) interested in the subject and (b) well prepared. Our learning process starts with a fun video that condenses a large set of information into 5-10 minutes. Those videos can be used several weeks before the video to (a) raise the interest for the subject and (b) create some basic theoretical background.

Preparation

The preparation for a course requires dedication and motivation of the learner. To increase the likelihood for the learner to take the time for the preparation, the preparation material has to be especially designed to facilitate fast and easy review.

Practice

With the best of local and global instructors, we ensure that we get the right moderators for our experience-based practice sessions. The basic principle is that a majority of the theoretical information has been delivered before the practice sessions as such to use the time with the instructor as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Transition

The transition is a key element ensuring the learning generates value for the learner / organization after the training. We dedicate time during our trainings to determine a plan of follow-up actions. If possible this plan is reviewed in the feedback session some weeks later.

Feedback

The feedback process re-evaluates the learning in the context of how it was applied. Based on the action plan the learner can (together with the instructor) review what worked, what did not and why. Furthermore, the action plan can be adjusted and potential problems / solutions can be discussed.

Review

With the basic knowledge and experience in the subject matter the review process allows the learner to refresh as well as deepen the learning. Leveraging world-class eLearning tools this can be done at any time any place in a cost efficient way.
